Searching a horizontal slider with thumbnails and post-links

i would like to have a plug in for a slider just like on those wbesites:

I need a horizontal slider, offering thumbnail-pictures. On clicking on them you will be redirected to a certain post.
Does anyone know such a plugin?

PS.: Would be also important to use this plugin multiple time within one blog.
