    Hi, when I look at the source code, the following is part of my schema as added by the Yoast plugin:

    "potentialAction":{"@type":"SearchAction","target":"https://www.site.com/?s={search_term_string}","query-input":"required name=search_term_string"}}

    In search console, under ‘top linked pages – internally’ I’ve noticed this same URL https:// www. site. com/?s={search_term_string} listed as being linked to from every single page of my site.

    Is it normal for this URL to show up listed in the search console like this, like every single page of the site is linking to it when it’s actually part of the schema?

  • Hi,

    No, we would not expect Google to highlight that as a top linked page. We are not sure why Google is crawling it and outputting it as such. We suggest contacting Google for more information. You may?contact Google by making a post on their forums:?https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters.

    Closed. No further questions.
