search widget placeholder missing

  • I have Astra version ?4.8.7 but there is no placeholder for search widget on header builder.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    It seems that the placeholder is indeed visible for the Search Widget as I can see on your website. Refer to this screenshot, please. [Link to Screenshot]

    No! This is the default! I need to change it to something in Hebrew. And the word “search” only shows after pressing the search icon, Not when opening the site!

    There is no “placeholder” item to edit in the search icon in Wordpess control.

    The option to change the placeholder text in the Customizer Settings is part of the Astra Pro addon. Hope this helps!

    oh I did not know it is part of pro only.

    So no way to fix it ? Maybe some code?
