search widget in AMP below heaeder widget opens for non AMP website

    today i started to get many errors in google search console like
    A mandatory attribute is missing from an HTML tag

    so I checked and saw the search widget that I use in the amp widgets area has problem , when I remove it , everything is ok but when I want to use it I’m getting the problem

    2nd problem is when you search anything in this form , it opens for a NON amp version of my website
