Sorry, this is not possible only using CSS.

You must write an override for our search form layout files to replace the standard input button there with a font awesome icon.

The files you must override are,

search-form-template-vertical.php
search-form-template-horizontal.php

actually i think the best search box layout is the one you use on your own site :

that would be great to have the same one for the aiovg search box

advantages :

more clear & simple
no text on submit (so no problem of translation)
shorter in width so no problem in responsive view

yes a classic “fontawesome” icon to click to submit would be great like on the search form on your site

also as a placeholder, rather than “Enter a keyword” could you change by :

“Search videos”

that would more clear for users as when they see a search box they never know if it will search for the whole wordpress site or not
