    Hi,

    I am using Element Pack Search widget for searching courses in my website. The courses are assigned to Categories and tags associated with them. However when I search based on Either Category or Tag, it isn’t giving correct or accurate results. Moreover, the search by some random word is showing up courses, which we have no clue on what criteria they are showing up. Kindly assist.

    Thank you for your message. We checked your website and we did not find any such problem. If you make a video of the problem you are facing, we can understand what is causing the problem.

    1. As you can see in the video, I have only two courses under Category “Art”, but only one among them is shown in the results plus so many other courses which do not at all have Category “Art”.

    2. Also there is only one course that has tag “Kathak”, but that course isn’t shown in the results, rather another course which has the word “Kathak” in it’s title/description is shown.

    Is there any update regarding this issue. It’s been more than a month a support ticket was raised. And until now, there hasn’t been any update on it.
