when i place a text widget with a search shortcode on my homepage…

[pdb_search target_page=”database”]the search button on my main list page stops working..
https://wildbirdphotographersofthephilippines.org/database/when i remove the text widget, the search button on my list page starts working again. the search widget points to the page “database”, which is where i have the list with search set to true. how can i make both search work?
