I’ve added listing# to the search criteria in the widget. When searching for properties by listing number, some come up, and some don’t. Anyone know why this is? For example, if you search for listing 78328, nothing comes up, but there is a listing (you can see it at https://franklumiarealestate.com/prime-properties/10–add-tlc-and-enjoy/ the listing # is at the bottom). But if you search for 90554, the listing does come up. What gives?

Also, when the minimum price in the search box is anything besides 0, no listings come up. But if you leave it at zero, all the proper listings come up. What can be done about this? I don’t want people who put in a minimum price to be turned off when nothing comes up.

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your post. It looks like there is an error with the minimum price. I will work on a fix for that ASAP.

I tested a few other property searches and they were all working fine with the search. Can you double check what you have entered for that listings “listing #” field? Check to see if there are any spaces.

OK, it’s been two months, and I have written a support ticket to the developer with my info, and I have gotten no reply. I have also bought the damned thing for the “preferred support” but there has been none. I have written support tickets again and again to remind him of this problem, but still nada.

The property searches are NOT working fine, and I provided admin access in the support tickets.

This could be a really great plugin if there were ANY support at all.

Yes, I’ve been using this plugin for months and have ran into several problems with it. I purchased to PRO version, which is full of bugs, as you noticed..

Support is not great and the functionality is limited. If you can, try a different plugin.

I’d love to try a different plugin. Can you suggest one? I haven’t found one that would be as robust as this one (if it worked properly.)

Also, I’ve added over 100 properties to my site, and over 2, 000 photos. What a hassle it would be to change plugins!

I’m thinking of hiring a “real” programmer to try to fix it, but that may cost a fortune.
