Search using Product Tags

Hello

Fantastic plugin. I would like the search function to search product tags as well or how can I enable this feature? Currently, it the search results are only showing product name or category. If I type in a tag on a product, the product will not display. I type in the name of the product or one word in the product title, the product appears.

Hopefully I am making some sense.
