Search users in “Start a new conversion”

    Hello. When we start a new conversation. In the search, it shows start typing to search members. On writing the name of the user, it does not show that user. How can we chat to other users of the website?

    Hi there!

    Go to WP Admin -> Better Messages -> Settings -> Tools and check if user index is created.

    If it does not created yet, press “Synchronize now” button.

    Do we have to press it every time after adding a new user?
