Search to text instead of page

To whom it may concern,

I have been trying to link to specific part numbers/keywords through a search in wordpress using Relevansii. (when the part number or keyword is listed as a link, it will take the user to where it is located on the page; kind of like anchor text) Is this possible? How do I do this? Is it through JQuery? Javascript? How, How, HOW!!
