It’s been quite a while, thanks for keeping the thread up.

I wanted to mention that WooCommerce comes with the Product Search widget that you can add to your widget areas.

You can add it to your widget areas from Appearance → Widgets or Appearance → Customize → Widgets.

Just to check, does this issue persist when you update to the most recent WooCommerce version and also update the WooCommerce database?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
