Search state codes fails

  • Searching on state codes creates too many hits because of words with the same letters. I found that using _ NJ _ (underscore space NJ space underscore) greatly improves the search for NJ but only 10 of 40 records are found.Is there a reason the search is limited?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    For the search field we will suggest you to check the values, if it is the same as _ NJ _ (underscore space NJ space underscore), then we suggest you to change the field values to _NJ_ (underscore NJ underscore), so that you can get your desired result. For the search, it will check in the whole Advanced CF7 DB, so it will be hard to get your desired result set with your current implementation for the sate codes.
