Search, Sort and Single Record don’t work

  • Hi,

    I love the plugin and it’s potential but have a number of factors that aren’t working for me. When using the shortcode [pdb_list search=”true” sort=”true”] on the following page:

    https://www.threefamilyfist.com/members-directory/

    But neither seem to work and I’m getting a 504 timeout error whenever I try to click through to a single record. Really want these features to work! Please help!

    There is a good chance that your PHP is running out of memory. You may see this in your PHP error log if you have it set up. You can try just increasing the memory limit for PHP, typically this is done in the hosting control panel, but you web host should be able to help you with this.
