Search slows down when there are 100K results

    so when i type in Nurse in the input field, i get around 100K results but it takes a lot of time to load, need some help so i can optimize the results or can show around 100 results only because it takes almost 15 seconds to load. i am using wp fastest cache premium version but theres no luck when it comes to ajax search so i will need help with this
