search shows result count for content user can not see

Hi,

If a post / page / group / topic etc is restricted by a capability (e.g. non-logged in users can not access the froum) the COUNT of results will include results the user should not be able to see.
e.g. If a forum is set to private, and a non-logged in user searches for a term, they will see that there are x number of topics that match this term

They can’t see the content, but they might be confused that the site isn’t working etc, and it exposes that the content exists on the site.
