Hello, I configured the search robot according to the instructions, but the search robot still does not start, what is my mistake?

I don’t know if this is important, but I transferred the site through a dump and relinked the domain through an sql query, now the LiteSpeed ??module constantly has an error connecting to servers, and I also can’t make a request for photo processing, it says I make a lot of requests, but it’s already two takes weeks to process the first request (which is not the norm because it is usually done very quickly). There were also problems with obtaining a key to a new domain, it gave a connection error, etc. but in the end the key was issued.
