The plugin works so well and was super easy for nearly everything, but for some reason the search returns “No Results Found” no matter what I search for, I purchased the Pro version in case it needed to search more of the product but it’s not matching terms on SKU, Title, or Content.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using WCPT!

Firstly, my apologies for this issue. This problem has a simple fix – go to wp admin > product tables > settings (main settings page of the plugin) > scroll down to the Save settings button and you will find a Reset settings button next to it. Use it to reset the main settings of the plugin. This is not going to reset your tables, they will remain intact. It will only reset the main settings of the plugin.

Unfortunately there was a bug in between that caused search to not work correctly on some installations because of the initial data not getting stored correctly. A reset ensures the data is re-installed correctly. So, after you apply this simple fix once the issue will never come up again.

Also, it is fixed in the upcoming version of the plugin so it will not bother you in future downloads either.

However, once again, the inconvenience is regretted!

PS – And thank you for going PRO! ??
