Search results show in search form, but not on View All Results page

Hello,

I intend to buy the Pro version, as I need to search custom (ACF) fields and taxonomy. But for now I am just attempting to get the free version working to make sure all goes well.

I have an issue occurring:

I have set up a custom search results page in Divi Theme Builder, as per the instructions here: https://advanced-woo-search.com/guide/divi-builder/

I have also created a test page with the search form in it.

When I type search terms into the form, it shows results as expected. But when I click “Show All Results” it goes to my custom search layout, and displays, “No products were found matching your selection.” even though it had already shown many products found (in the search form drop-down).

What would cause this?

I also have a question regarding your Pro version. I will ask it via your web-site.
