Search Results Page Showing Incorrect Results

You mean that results for ajax block and for search page are different?
Can you please tell me the name of theme that you are currently using?
Also – maybe you are using some plugins that can cause changes on search results page ( like some page builder plugins )?

Yes when i search for a product, the ajax block will show the correct results, but when i click enter the results page are not showing the same or even the correct results matching the search query.

Im using the Divi theme with their page builder, could this be a likely cause?

Hi! I have a similar problem with incorrect search results – searching for more than 3 words is an error connecting to the database.

with three products is fine:

with four not:

what is the cause of this problem? on the dev version, with the plugin off, I could search for more than 3 words

As I see you are using AND search logic. Looks like there is no any products that contains all your four search words. That’s why you are seeing empty page.

Yes – there is AND logic, but there is such a product:

and even if not found, it should not cause a database connection error. You can compare with a search link in all product types

It does not generate results, because it is not programmed in the template, but does not cause an error with the database

Hello,

Please follow this instruction to enable debug mode and than try to search for four or more words one more time. Than write me about results. In this case I can understand what’s goes wrong.

Can you please tell me how many products do you have now in your store?
Also – please tell me the size of your aws_index database?

One more thing – please try temporarily switch from AND to OR search logic and tell me about the results.
