Search Results Page Adds Products to Footer Widget for News

    Hi,

    the plugin works fine but for some reason when adding part of a sku that returns multiple products that have the sku code entered in their sku, the search results page is adding the same products in the search results into the “latest news” widget in the footer of my site.

    For example if i type “350a37” all products that start with “350a37” are listed on the search results page which is good. However, in the footer under “latest news” my most recent blog posts listed in this widget are REPLACED with the SAME PRODUCTS listed on the search results page.

    Please go to the link below and scroll down to the bottom of the page and see in the footer under “Latest News” the products get added to the widget replacing the blog posts that normally show up there???

    Please help i need to fix this.
