Hi, I’m running the latest version of your plugin and everything is up-to-date on my site.
I’ve been adding some listings to the site with the free version but have noticed a few glitches which seem to be noticeable on the site when you are not logged in.

On one page, when logged in you get the results in a grid of 4 columns and 6 rows which I set up on the page.

However, when you view the page incognito it shows all the results in a single column.

On another page (the one I’ve linked to) the page shows fine in a similar 4 columns, 6 rows style when logged in, but when logged out the results never load and you just get the loading message.

I’ve disabled all the caching and optimisations on the site but the results are still the same.

Can you help?

Hmm, upon a quick look at your site, I’m seeing a lot of JS errors in the console along the lines of:

Uncaught SyntaxError: expected expression, got '<'

Which seems to originate from the scripts:

and other scripts. As such, this seems to be preventing the Fast eBay Listings deferred loading JS from running at all, hence why it remains on ‘Loading’ indefinitely. Given that the same JS error is cropping up from all these scripts on your site, my suspicion would lie with your caching/minification plugin, which may be causing problems on your site across the board. I can see all the scripts with errors are being loaded from a cache folder, so perhaps all you caching/optimisations haven’t been disabled as you first thought.

Either way, get these errors from cached/minified Javascript on your site resolved first, there’s a very high likelihood they’re the root cause.

Otherwise, you could workaround this by disabling the deferred loading option in the Fast eBay Listings settings. However, this may increase page load times slightly.

Hi Arthur, thanks for getting back to me. Yes I had a tinker and that fixed it. So thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I’m not a WordPress expert so sometimes looking behind the scenes for these errors isn’t the first thing that springs to mind. I’ll know better for the future.? ??
