Search results not displayed in childtheme

    I’ve created a Twenty Eleven Theme child theme.
    When I search my site via the searchwidget (top of my page), the result page does not show my custom header en the content section is too wide. I thought the solution was to create a Search page, but that’s not what I was looking for. Please help. See: https://www.theaterleeuwenhart.nl/?page_id=2

    I have no problems when using the Twenty Fourteen Theme.
