Search results duplicate products

    Hi,

    Lately, I’ve noticed that some of my search results are duplicating products, and some products are missing.

    Example: When the term YODDI is typed into the search, duplicate products appear, see the picture on the following link.

    Also with that search (YODDI), some products are missing, such as link1, link2, link3.

    When I add a new product that contains the terms YODDI in the name, that product does not appear in the search results, but one of the existing ones is duplicated.

    I turned off all plugins, the same thing happened.

    I turn off all the plugins, the same thing happened, I also went to the Reindex table and Off Cache results, but the problem is always the same.

    Similar things happen with some other searches.

    Hi,

    Please tell me – what is the product type of these duplicates? Is that simple or maybe variable products?

    Also – are you using any translation plugins for your shop?

    It’s simpe product, not variable.

    We don’t use any palgin for translation.

    Please try the following – open the plugin settings page and find the ‘Search results page’ section. Inside it change the value of ‘Change query hook’ option and then check you search results page one more time.

    I found that these duplicates appear only for products on the search results page that loads via ajax. Please tell me – what plugin you are using for such loading? Is it possible to disable it and check search results one more time?

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot, that’s the problem. That loading part is not a separate plugin but an integral part of Divi BodyCommerce.
