Hi Dudo, I’m happy to see from your attached file that the stars actually appear when you access the page.

I’m not too sure why mine is not showing, both via android phone browser, and PC’s chrome and IE browsers. Refer screenshot.

Do you know why?

I’ve also tested it on an article written about a month ago, and the stars are also not appearing over my end.

I can see stars in that article too ?? This happens because google by default show me the result from the google.it (even if in the address bar there is google.com.sg)
If I try to force google to work like google.com.sg I CAN’T see the stars.

I don’t why there are difference beetween the google version. You should ask in a seo forum or at google forum help.

Once again, if in the google snippet tools ratings works, this means that yasr is working fine.

Hi, I’m experiencing a similar issue on this review I did.

I have YASR showing my score at the bottom, but I’m not getting any stars on the search result even when using Google’s testing tool? Are there any special settings anywhere, or have I set up the plugin wrong?

In the settings you should set to “review rating” this: “Which rich snippets do you want to use?”

I have used aggregate rating because I am using it to assign a rating for product reviews. I want the snippets tool to show the rating number.

Aggregate work with [yasr_visitor_votes] . If your visitor can’t vote, aggregate rating will not work ??
