Search Results displaying Duplicates of posts

There are no duplicate posts on the backed yet when i search by name, it is displaying each post twice. This was not a problem before 3.0, please help.

I have a staging site setup here. https://bannercorecenter.wpstagecoach.com/find-a-doctor.
It only seems to do it when searching by name.For example: type 85027 in the address bar and a list will populate. Type “David” in the name field and every post duplicates.
