Search Results Can't click any link

I have never had this issues before, but when i click search with no content in the search field it goes to the static from page with results, then when i actually search for something it goes to the right page, but then none of the links including the nav links work. If you have ran into this issue or know of a resource to fix it, I would much appreciate it.
