Apologies for the delayed response.

(…)some product categories and subcategories displayed in dropdown list and some are not

Ajax Search for WooCommerce doesn’t display empty categories. Maybe this is the cause.

Also when is displayed, after pressing enter shows no product on page.

Pressing enter on a category suggestion takes you to a term archive template.
It works as link. What you see, depends on your theme.

Hi Damian,

It doesn’t have anything to do with empty categories or subcategories. If there any category that is empty it is showing it in search, and other also empty not showing and vice versa. Don’t have any sense to me. Please look at pics below:
