Search result shows also widgets of pages

  • Hey there!
    Great and lightweight plugin! Thanks for that!

    I ran into an issue though:
    – I run a search
    – The result page is showing me posts and pages matching the according search terms
    – HOWEVER, also the widgets of those particular pages are shown in the results, which obviously looks weird and is not desirable

    You can have a look here. Scroll to the middle of the result page and you’ll see the right sidebar widgets from the according page.

    Is there any way to exclude the page widgets from being shown on the result page?

    Good Day and thanks for your reply! Yes, the problem still occurs! However, I found a workaround (quick and dirty). I’ve set the CSS for the widgets container inside the search results container as “display: none;”…

    Hi,

    I am sorry but I don’t see the issue still. I checked but there is no container in the content with class “widget”.
    Could you please share the screenshot of what you see?
