search result button “add to basket” reloads the page blank white …

  • this search does work fine, but one problem occurs:

    1. the Details box (additional container for extended information) does show not with all browsers, i guess only with windows (using e.g. ff) (had been surprised about that functionality after coming over from a mac)

    2. if using the there given button “add to basket” the page reloads blank white with the only result shown {"details":""}

    if using now the browsers “go back”-button and looking into the basket display the product there had been added. ok, fine so far – but this fault will irritate any user so may will stop buying on my site perhaps

    should i be able to fix it?
    Any idea, suggestions?

    edit: if someone should have a look to the shop: after posting this questions i did switch of the “Details box” to ensure user convenience so far this problem isn’t solved

    recently using newest WP, Woo 3.3.4, Storefront 2.2.8 + childtheme, and a lot of plugins
