Search & Replace Missing

I have been using search & replace for some time and it works well. But it seems to miss searches. On the page above under “Mole removal” there is the text in the link “services/best-safe-mole-blemish” which I want replaced by “best-safe-mole-blemish” but when I do a search of all table except “redirection” nothing. I have no idea why it finds some but not all? I am admin on wordpress, search & replace looks like it is finding all the tables in the database. The page was created by the same ID, I can edit the page and change it, but search and replace is not picking it up.

I have hundreds of entries to change.
