Search referrals and words completely missing

  • What could be the reason search referrals and words are completely missing? They don’t display as an item on the left panel, nor do they appear in overview.

    It’s a brand new site, 2-3 days old, it is on Google. I could swear when i first installed it referrals and words were there.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Search Engine Referrals and Words are highly dependent on the search engine providing the information to us and that often is not the case. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this, we report on everything we receive.

    You misunderstood me – referrals and words were completely gone as menu items, there was no referrals or words items to click on.

    The only thing that helped was resetting the plugin.
