Search plugin for writing Personal Stories at front-end

For a Memoriam Site I need a plugin that ables users to write and save at front-end a Personal Story.
Stories after saving and agreed by Admin, showed in table form columns + rows at front-end. So all visitors can read those personal stories.

Does anyone of you has ideas which plugin.
