[Search] Plugin for a shedule calender for intern members

Hi there,

my name is harry and iam currently building up an improve website for our club. we running a bar with several openings within the weeks (only 1-2 days for the residents in our house).

since we try to get this organized by the members and not from a leading role in the club, there is a need for a calender system, where the admin can create events for every opening day of the bar without publishing these days and details for the whole visitors of the page.

after that, all members can decide if they want to help on that special day / event by signing up for this event with a pre defined limit of members needed.

I searched a lot of these “booking” and “schedule” plugins over and over, but most of them implements the visitors and are to complexe to get the job done. if there arent any good plugins, we have to stay with our old system and use 2 databases for the job :-/
