Search page sidebar nerfed with update

I had tried to update Custom Community awhile back, and it broke my site by making the right sidebar and content go to the bottom of the page, so I reverted back to the older version to wait for the issue to get fixed. Today I’ve updated Custom Community, and all the pages seemed fine until I did a search. The search page has the issue of the right sidebar and content on two-sidebar default to go to the bottom of the page.

Here is a link, not sure how long I will keep this version of the theme up since it looks really cheesy for my site, so if you see it fixed and I’ve not come back here to report it fixed, it’s because I’m no longer using the broke, updated version.
