Search page not showing excerpt when using Column-Matic

    Hi. When I use the column tags in a page, WordPress no longer generates an excerpt on the search page.

    This generate no excerpt:

    [column class=’publication_col_1′]
    Yo. Hello.
    [/column]
    [column class=’publication_col_2′]
    Col 2 content
    [/column]

    But this generates an excerpt of only “Stuff in front!”:

    Stuff in front!!
    [column class=’publication_col_1′]
    Yo. Hello.
    [/column]
    [column class=’publication_col_2′]
    Col 2 content
    [/column]

    Column-Matic is not installed or loading on the page you linked to, or the search page.

    It looks the you have the shortcode placed in the description field, not in the content.
    and you do not have the plugin installed or activated…
