    This issue might occur because you set the plugin settings wrong or there is another plugin/theme affecting your side. We need to found out what causes a problem. Looking at the issue from the frontend is not enough in this case.

    We also recommend updating the plugin to the latest version because we made a new update recently. Please update it before sending us a request.
