search orders by tracking number

    how can i make a search on the admin orders page by the tracking number on the order and what is the order meta key storge the tracking number on it so i can export the orders with the tracking numbers
    please support

    Hi @tamernabil,

    If you have enabled WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), you won’t be able to search orders by tracking number directly from the admin orders page.

    The tracking number is stored in the order meta key “_wc_shipment_tracking_items”. You can use this key to export orders along with their tracking numbers.

        Add – Declared HPOS compatibility.

    The expectation would be that your plugin would WORK with Woocommerce HPOS enabled.

    Your latest response is worrying. Any store using your plugin would have the recurring NEED to search using tracking number.

    Should this GAP not be shown very prominently somewhere?

    We do have compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). However, there are some limitations due to the way HPOS handles data storage and retrieval. Currently, it does not support searching orders by tracking number directly from the admin orders page.

    We understand the importance of this functionality for stores using our plugin, and we are actively working to address this limitation.
