SEARCH option not working

  • Hi, i’m using the 2014 theme and I the site is used mainly to archive important knowledge base material. I migrated the database, and wp-content, I wanted to select the twenty fourteen theme, and all works well – except the search action.

    I mean, I type “audio” and I don’t get any results, when most of the posts, comments are related with audio.

    What can I do to start troubleshooting – I don’t want to install plugins when, search was working before migrating.

    Help please!

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
