    Hi!

    You can set which part of your site would you like to be searched by Google CSE. You can do this in “Sites to search” section of your Google custom search engine admin page (https://cse.google.com). You can find more details in the Google documentations.

    Or you can use NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW keywords on your WordPress pages (some plugins support this), if you want to exclude specific part of your site from indexing by search engines.
