• Thank you for the plugin! I really liked it. But there is one caveat – after its activation, the standard search on the site in the header disappeared. How can I return a search string? Thanks.

    Hi ilyapokrov,

    Thanks for posting a link. I see you’re using Vantage, and if I remember correctly it outputs the search box as part of the (default) menu.

    I think you would need to manually output the search box using some php, in your header.php file:

    @megamenu,

    Thank you for trying to help me!

    I understood the meaning of the hint you showed me. But where I just did not insert this piece of code – I can’t show the search form in the right place))

    In the screenshot, I marked the places where I inserted the code with two arrows. The problem is that the search form doesn’t appear in the header. It appears either in front of it or under it.

    How can I still show the search form directly in the header?

    Hi ilyapokrov,

    I am not that familiar with Vantage, but it looks like you might need to edit the parts/masthead.php file (or something similar, you will need to look through the theme directory) instead of the header.php file.

    Regards,
    Tom
