For some reason this record doesn’t appear in the search results.
I re-indexed the tables yesterday and today changed query hook to posts_pre_query to no avail.
Example: Alice In Chains is in stock but when you search for Alice In Chains there are no results.
I tried a dozen other titles and they all seem to work fine. Is there any reason this shouldn’t show?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Yes, something definitely is not right here.

Please tell me – are you using any custom code snippets to change AWS plugin output. Also please open the plugin settings page and check the number of indexed products – is it equal to your actual products number?

    Regards

I am using a code snippet you kindly gave me here to hide Out Of Stock Products. Stock status of this product is “in stock”.
I disabled that snippet and reindexed. Now “Alice In Chains” appears but only as a Tag.
AND the snippet I was using was to hide out of stock items. Without the snippet, search results now show out of stock items.
So I *enabled* the snippet again, reindexed again, removed “tags” from search results and this item still does not show in the search results. ??
Weird. I am going to search for others.
WooCommerce Published products says: Published (2,511)
AWS says Products in index: 2511

Ok, can you please send me screenshots of the AWS plugin settings page so I can look at the options that you set there?
