Search not working after migration

I just finished web site migration from LiteSpeed AWS to Cloudways server.
Everything seems to be working fine except the search function.
I’m using the FiboSearch pro, but search doesn’t work.
I contacted their support team, but seems like it’s not the plugin problem Disabling the Fibo search, which will allow the theme (Electro theme) embedded search activated didn’t work either, so I think search overall doesn’t work.

The auto-complete feature on the searh bar works (please refer the link I provided), but doesn’t show anything. The spinner just keeps spinning infinitely on the web page title tab, no page reload or anything, just staying at the same page. It uses 100% of my server CPU, then I need to stop the server and restart it to clear the CPU usage.

What could be the problem?
error log shows something related to the search.
