    On the Agent side, we have just over 30 raised tickets. If an agent attempts a search against tickets, nothing comes up. We tried keywords in the ticket, the person who raised, the ticket, even tags. We always end up with zero results.

    Hi @cherlihy),

    This is a bug, we’ve informed our developers regarding this we’ll release a new version of the plugin with a fix.

    As we have tested, there was a minor issue with the search which we have fixed in latest release. However, your specific case we will resolve it through the ticket you have raised through wsdesk support.
