Search Not Functioning Properly

    Search was working fine initially, but has now stopped. The first search performed typically just changes the sort order of my directory, the following search attempts will either do nothing or just skip over the first few people in the directory – no search request actually pulls up the results it is intended to.

    For example, if I run a First Name Search for Colleen (as i know there is a Colleen on page 2) it just gives me everyone in my directory, sorted by First Name instead of displaying only users with ‘Colleen’ as their first name.     OK, so I first need more information on what plugins you are using exactly and what versions. It appears you are using our paid Simple Grid plugin… I’ll also assume you are using our paid version of Simple Intranet? Note, we do support for paid customers via our simpleintranet.org/support page please, not here.

    Please do send me the exact shortcode you are using, the version of WordPress, the versions of each of the plugins you are using and I’ll help from there. Note, you will need to deactivate the free Simple Intranet Directory and use our paid Simple Intranet plugin for extended functionality…
