Search not appearing

Please clear the W3 Total Cache and temporary disable it that you are using on your site.

Could you please share me the screenshot of plugin settings that you have configured on your site so that I can troubleshoot it?

For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??

I do see the search form on Mobile, and it looks great.

Thank you for sharing plugin settings screenshot which seems correct so I am not sure exactly why it is not working on your site.

This can be Trans-Matic theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme instead on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your Trans-Matic theme issue .

Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Add Search TO Menu plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Im having the same issue. Everything is set correctly but im still not seeing the search icon or form. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating plugins but nothing worked.
