Search Logic and Geocoding Not Working

Hi,
WP Job Manager isn’t working when searching for jobs and Geocoding isn’t showing jobs on the map.
Search seems to only work for certain keywords that are in the job description; even if I add jobs manually the search does not work with job title.
For example when I try and search accountant there are no results
However there is a job with accountant in its job title
And it’s the same for location; searching just location as ‘Tonbridge’ we have zero results again
And for the Geocoding most of the jobs aren’t even showing on the map
Is there a simple code change that we can make to fix both issues?

I’m not using a plugin it’s actually the theme workscout with wp job manager installed.
But workscout uses https://leafletjs.com/ for the maps if that helps.
