Search lens doesn’t work

  • Hi there,
    I’ve downloaded your plugin for improving my search result but I have a problem. Since I’ve installed it I can’t use it. I have the search icon on my nav bar, and If I write a word there (for exemple “palermo arte cultura”) and I click on the icon, nothing happens. Could you help me please? Do you have any advices?

    I’ve noticing also two other issues.
    1- When I’m in the home-page and i search something (on the nav-bar and also in the red box just under the first slider), the results order is different from the results order that appears in the results page. There is a way to show the same results order? For example: If you try to search for “palermo arte e storia” in the first box search doesn’t appears “palermo l’arte e la storia” but if you go to “mostra tutti i risultati” (show all the results), is the first one as it has to be.
    2- If I search for “palermo l’arte e la storia” (using apostrophe) it hasnt’t any results. There is a way to let the system read the apostrophe and returns the correct search result?

    Hi,

    Make sure, that the icon and the return button redirection events are set correctly: https://i.imgur.com/g0KUIoV.png
    That should resolve the issue with the redirection to the results page. Your other two questions I answered within the separate thread here.
