    I am having 2 issues.

    1. When people search my member directory for a player with an apostrophe in their name: O’Donnell is one. Search for O’Donnell (on computer) and you get 2 results (Riley & Morgan)- 0 results if you search on your phone. Search for ODonnell and you get 4 (Riley, Jackie, Kerry, Jackie)- for some reason Morgan is not included in that. Search for O’Donnell in my users and I have 2 (Riley & Morgan)- even though there should also be a Jackie and Kerry)- the other Kerry is ODonnell.

    I can’t find anything in support documents about this. Is there something I need to do within their info to make it work for each of them?

    2. I also have 1 specific user who literally cannot edit their account, ever. If you delete her profile and recreate it- same thing (even with a different email address- if you use her name the issue happens). I have flushed cache and done anything I can think of. When the user logs in and tries to edit (or if I do as admin as well)- it logs you out of WordPress and it just goes to view her profile (no longer signed in and able to edit). It is maddening! It is only this 1 out of 2000+ profiles. I had this happen a couple of years ago for 1 other player and could never figure it out.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    1. Have you installed the latest update of UM version 2.6.0 released today?
    There are some changes made to the Members Directory search function.

    2. You can try to enable PHP error logging, read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

    You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in /wp-content/debug.log when you try to edit the profile.

    Post the content of this file here in the Forum ( use CODE formatting ) and we can give you a PHP error explanation.

    I do have the 2.6 version. That didn’t fix my issues.

    I’m unfortunately not a developer and uncomfortable with trying #2.

    @smaychack

    1. There are two different characters which can be used for an apostrophe.
    When I’m testing for O’Donnell with O'Donnell it’s not found.

    2. Do you have an apostrophe in this username?
