• My client’s WP install is in a sub-directory [site.org.au/wp-install] but the site displays at root [site.org.au].
When use the search function in LDD Directory Lite I get an error as site_url(); in the <form action> points to the sub-directory and I get Oops page not found
I’ve tried home_url(); in global/header.php <form action> but this returns no results (but in the correct template).
    – any ideas?

  • You can override template in your theme, create ‘lddlite_templates’ directory in your theme, create global folder inside, and copy header.php file, and then hard code URL in place of site_url()
you find help for template overriding in directory settings under template override tab

Thanks for the response. I have tried hardcoding (appears to be the same as using home_url();) with a custom header.php file in the /lddlite_templates/global/ as per Template Overriding info.
Submitting the search form (modified /lddlite_templates/search.php) always returns no results … note it does work perfectly on my staging server.

    also – neither staging or live load the no-listings-found.php with… ldl_get_template_part( 'loop/no-listings-found.php' )

    What am I missing?
    Many thanks, J

Please share your website URL, also what theme are you using?

Thanks for your response. The theme is based on _Underscores – but the exact same theme is used on the staging server where the everything works perfectly!

    thanks, J
